Steps to Admission

Elementary

Before formal acceptance can be given to a student, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Go to the TADS website here and create a new account.  Once a new account is created, proceed with submitting a new student application using TADS.  This will include the following:
    • Application for Admission
    • Review and sign the Parental Agreement
    • Review and sign the Handbook  Agreement
    • Upload the Birth Certificate
    • Upload the Immunization Record
    • Upload the Report Card/Achievement Test
    • Pay the $50 non-refundable application/testing fee (payable though TADS)
  2. After your application is accepted, the student will complete an academic achievement test to see where the student tests in relation to the academic program offered at Victory Christian School.
  3. The parent and student will have an interview with the school principal.

Once the student is accepted, a non-refundable $300 registration fee is due. (This fee is also payable through TADS).

Please note: New VCS families enrolling must pay through TADS only using bank ACH or credit card and select a date each month for this automatic payment; no manual payments, checks or cash accepted.

Junior High / High School

Before formal acceptance can be given to a student, the following steps must be completed:

  1.  Go to the TADS website here and create a new account.  Once a new account is created, proceed with submitting a new student application using TADS.  This will include the following:
    • JH/HS Application Form
    • Student questionnaire
    • 100-word theme giving the student’s personal testimony and reasons why he/she wants to attend Victory Christian Schools.
    • Signed Parental Agreement
  2.  Upload two references:
    • Academic counselor or teacher
    • Pastor, youth pastor, or other person who can give a reference on student’s spiritual character
  3. Pay a $50 non-refundable application/testing fee (payable through TADS).
    • We will not be able to process the student’s application without payment of the application/testing fee.
  4. Take an entrance test:
    • Students who have had an achievement test during the current school year could have Victory Christian Schools’ testing waived. Test results should be attached to the application form or brought to the interview along with a copy of the most recent report card.
    • Students who are below grade level may not be accepted at that grade level. Parents may request acceptance at a lower grade level if the student qualifies.
  5. We highly recommend the student visit Victory for a day. This visit enables the student to see first hand if Victory would be the school of his/her choice.
  6. The student and parent will have an interview with the school principal or person designated by the principal.
    • If Victory Christian Schools accepts the student, a $300 registration fee is required to complete the registration process (payable through TADS). Curriculum fees and other activity fees are separate. 
    • The registration fee is non-refundable if the parent(s) withdraw(s) the child after testing and acceptance.

The above items are necessary for consideration for acceptance. Early admission enables better curriculum and financial planning. After admission and before scheduling of classes, a student enrolling in the high school must submit a transcript of his/her previous school credits. Parent must also submit a health appraisal form.
