Chapel Leaders – There is a Chapel Family Leader Meeting TODAY (1/13) during lunch in Room 4. Lunch will be provided. Come with a notebook and pen as we plan out the rest of the year.




Seniors – Thomas, Marcus, Philip, and Nicole, your purple Activity Forms are Overdue! Turn them in to Mrs. Doria by TODAY (1/13)!!


 


Juniors – Turn in your permission slips no later than Friday (1/20) and check Classroom for more information!

SPIRIT WEEK – January 23-27. Ask your Advisors about the themes. More will be discussed at your class meeting.




Homecoming – For High School only. Sign up for the Banquet in the office or during lunch time in the lobby. Pay by TODAY (1/13) to secure your spot!!  Tickets are $50 and are open to VCS students only this week, 1/11-1/13.  Any availability after that will be first come first served to outside guest. (Order is based on the original sign up list). The Banquet will be on Saturday, January 28.




There is a great opportunity coming up at the Folsom Community Center on Thursday, 1/19 @ 7pm.  This event will be featuring speaker Esther Basch, who is a Holocaust survivor. Tickets are $20/adults and $5/ students.  You can purchase tickets at the door or go to www.jewishfolsom.org and click on the banner.




Monday Morning Prayer – We invite you to join your classmates this Monday for Morning Prayer in the Gym from 7:30-7:45.  Chaplin Hudson Jones will be leading us in a time of purposeful prayer for our school as we begin a new week.


Verse-by-Verse – (VXV) is held every Tuesday during lunch in Room 4.  Bring your lunch with you as Mr. Withers takes you into the depths of God’s Word one verse at a time.  This is open for all Jr. and Sr. High Students who long to know how to study the Word of God.
